Job Overview:
CURIOOkids is seeking a Manager for the CURIOOkindi (Nursery) program, with strong experience in leading a safe, engaging, and well‑organized early childhood environment for children aged 2 to 6 years.
The Manager will oversee all daily operations of the nursery program, ensure high‑quality educational activities, and create an interactive environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Supervise all daily operations within the nursery program and ensure smooth workflow.
🔹 Lead and support the teaching team, providing continuous guidance and direction.
🔹 Monitor the implementation of lesson plans and interactive activities for children.
🔹 Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment across all nursery classrooms and facilities.
🔹 Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on children’s progress.
🔹 Manage attendance, schedules, records, and administrative reports related to the nursery program.
🔹 Organize events and activities that enhance the daily experience of children.
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or Educational Management.
✅ Minimum of 3 years experience managing a nursery or early childhood center.
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and team‑management skills.
✅ Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
✅ English proficiency is an added advantage.
✅ Ability to work on weekends when required.
